Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

Frozen strawberry yogurt clusters dipped in chocolate, a refreshing and creamy no-bake treat that’s perfect for summer snacks or healthy desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced small
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear space in your freezer for it.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until evenly combined.
  3. Use a spoon or scoop to drop small clusters onto the lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the clusters for 1.5 to 2 hours until fully solid.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip the frozen clusters into the melted chocolate, coating as desired.
  7. Place dipped clusters back on the tray and freeze for another 15–20 minutes to set.
  8. Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy!

Notes

  • Pat strawberries dry before mixing to prevent icy texture.
  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
  • Drizzle with white chocolate or top with crushed nuts for extra flair.
