Strawberry Milk Shake

Strawberry Milk Shake

Creamy, fruity, and irresistibly refreshing, this strawberry milkshake blends ripe strawberries with vanilla ice cream and milk for a quick treat that’s perfect any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on strawberry sweetness)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 fresh strawberry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the strawberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, and sugar (if using) to a blender.
  3. Pulse a few times to break up the fruit, then blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk for a thinner shake or more ice cream for a thicker one.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon.

Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor.
  • Chill your milk and glasses beforehand for an extra-cold milkshake.
  • Leftovers can be frozen into popsicles.
