Seafood Pizza

A golden, crispy seafood pizza topped with tender shrimp, buttery scallops, melted mozzarella, and fragrant garlic oil. It’s rich yet fresh, comforting yet impressive, and perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough, 250 grams
  • Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves, 2 minced
  • Mozzarella cheese, 1 1/2 cups shredded
  • Shrimp, 200 grams peeled and deveined
  • Scallops, 150 grams sliced
  • Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup grated
  • Fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons chopped
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F and place a baking stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Brush the dough evenly with the garlic oil.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Arrange shrimp and scallops evenly over the cheese.
  7. Top with parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Transfer the pizza to the hot baking stone or sheet.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Pat the seafood dry before using to avoid excess moisture.
  • Do not overload the toppings to keep the crust crisp.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
