Million Dollar Spaghetti

Million Dollar Spaghetti combines the rich flavors of baked pasta, savory meat sauce, and creamy cheese into one irresistible dish. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings, it’s comfort food at its finest.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 1 pound ground beef, browned
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, sliced thin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ricotta, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the spaghetti in the baking dish. Dot with slices of butter.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture over the spaghetti. Add half of the meat sauce.
  6. Layer the rest of the spaghetti, then top with the remaining meat sauce.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Cook pasta al dente to avoid over-softening in the oven.
  • Use full-fat cheese for a richer, creamier texture.
  • Let the dish rest after baking to help the layers set.
  • Great for freezing before baking for a future meal.
