Maple Garlic Chicken Bites

Sticky, sweet, and savory maple garlic chicken bites served with creamy pasta and roasted green vegetables for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken pieces, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups green vegetables

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta.
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and allow it to heat.
  4. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook until golden on all sides.
  5. Pour the maple garlic mixture into the skillet and simmer until thick and glossy.
  6. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  7. Warm the cream gently and toss with the cooked pasta.
  8. Serve the chicken bites over the creamy pasta with roasted green vegetables on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Use low sodium soy sauce if preferred.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
