Grilled Salmon

Grilled Salmon

Juicy grilled salmon with bright lemon, fresh herbs, and a lightly smoky finish that comes together fast and tastes incredibly satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush generously with the marinade on all sides.
  4. Place the salmon skin-side down on the hot grill.
  5. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until grill marks form and the fish flakes easily.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with extra lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Do not flip the salmon too early to avoid sticking.
  • Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.
  • Leftovers are great in salads or wraps.
