Frozen Chocolate Banana Pops

Frozen Chocolate Banana Pops

Frozen chocolate banana pops are a fun, refreshing treat made with ripe bananas dipped in rich melted chocolate and topped with colorful, crunchy add-ons. They’re easy to make, customizable, and perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe but firm bananas, peeled and halved
  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons mini candy pieces
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and prepare space in your freezer.
  2. Slice bananas in half and insert a popsicle stick into each. Lay them on the tray and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Arrange your toppings in small bowls or plates.
  5. Dip each frozen banana into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and then quickly add toppings.
  6. Place dipped bananas back on the tray and freeze for another 15–20 minutes until set.
  7. Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Double dip for a thicker chocolate shell.
  • Get creative with toppings like coconut, crushed cereal, or mini marshmallows.
