Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas, cut into triangles
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 small apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, mango, kiwi, apple, and blackberries. Add lemon juice and honey or sugar if using. Toss gently and chill.
  3. Lay tortilla triangles on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle both sides with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool slightly.
  6. Serve chips with the chilled fruit salsa and enjoy!

Notes

  • Let the salsa sit for 15–30 minutes before serving for deeper flavor.
  • Use firm, ripe fruit for the best texture.
  • Chips can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container.
  • Reheat chips briefly in the oven if they lose crispness.
