Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place beaten eggs in a second bowl and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken strip in the seasoned flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat well with breadcrumbs.
  5. Carefully place the coated chicken strips into the hot oil in batches.
  6. Fry for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels or a wire rack.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan to keep the chicken crispy.
  • Let coated chicken rest for a few minutes before frying for better adhesion.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
