Cookie Dough Brownies

Rich, fudgy brownies layered with creamy cookie dough and finished with a smooth chocolate topping. This dessert combines two classics into one indulgent treat that is perfect for sharing or keeping all to yourself.

Ingredients

  • Unsalted butter, 170 g
  • Granulated sugar, 200 g
  • Brown sugar, 150 g
  • Eggs, 2 large
  • All-purpose flour, 180 g
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, 50 g
  • Vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate chips, 200 g
  • Sweetened condensed milk, 120 ml
  • Semi-sweet chocolate, 120 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt, and flour until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  5. In another bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until creamy.
  6. Fold chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture.
  7. Gently spread the cookie dough layer over the brownie base.
  8. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and spread evenly over the cookie dough layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • Chill thoroughly before slicing for clean layers.
