  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Press one can of crescent roll dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan, sealing any seams.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
  5. Carefully place the second can of crescent roll dough on top of the cheesecake layer.
  6. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top dough layer.
  7. Mix the remaining 1/2 cup sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the butter.
  8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden and set.
  9. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Let the bars chill for cleaner slices.
  • Use parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Extra cinnamon sugar can be sprinkled on top right after baking.
