Chocolate Hazelnut Balls

Irresistibly rich, no-bake chocolate hazelnut balls packed with roasted nuts and creamy cocoa flavor. A quick and easy treat perfect for sharing or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts, roasted and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, melted (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup crushed hazelnuts (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine hazelnuts, oats, cocoa powder, and salt. Pulse until coarse.
  3. Add honey, nut butter, and vanilla. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer mixture to a bowl and chill for 10 minutes.
  5. Scoop and roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
  6. Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate, then roll in crushed hazelnuts.
  7. Place on the tray and chill for 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use lightly oiled hands or gloves to prevent sticking when rolling.
  • Chilling the mixture first makes shaping easier.
  • Store in the fridge up to a week or freeze for longer shelf life.
