Chicken Caesar Flatbread

Chicken Caesar Flatbread

This Chicken Caesar Flatbread combines the creamy crunch of a classic Caesar salad with the warmth and comfort of toasted naan, topped with juicy grilled chicken, crisp romaine, roasted chickpeas, and shaved parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces naan or flatbread
  • 1 ½ cups grilled chicken, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • ⅓ cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup roasted chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing until lightly coated.
  3. Brush naan with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place on the baking sheet.
  4. Top naan with sliced grilled chicken, dressed romaine, roasted chickpeas, and shaved parmesan.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are golden and cheese slightly melts.
  6. Remove from oven and finish with black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken or leftovers for a faster meal.
  • For extra crunch, roast chickpeas ahead of time until crispy.
  • Dry lettuce thoroughly to prevent sogginess.
  • Customize with your favorite Caesar-style toppings like tomatoes or olives.
