Chicken Big Mac Bowl

This Chicken Big Mac Bowl brings all the iconic flavors of your favorite fast-food burger into a fresh, hearty bowl. Juicy seasoned ground chicken, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, creamy special sauce, and melty cheddar cheese come together in a vibrant, crave worthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to make your Big Mac sauce. Chill while you prep the rest.
  3. In your heated skillet, cook the ground chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté until fully cooked and slightly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. In each bowl, start with a bed of shredded lettuce. Add cherry tomatoes, sliced pickles, red onion, and shredded cheese around the edges.
  5. Spoon warm seasoned chicken into the center of the bowl, letting it slightly melt the cheese.
  6. Generously drizzle with Big Mac sauce. Add extra pickles or cheese if desired.
  7. Serve immediately while the chicken is warm and the lettuce stays crisp.

  • Chill the sauce for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
