Baked Ravioli

Baked Ravioli

A cheesy, saucy comfort dish made with layers of frozen ravioli, marinara sauce, ground beef, and gooey melted mozzarella. Baked to golden perfection, it’s an easy weeknight favorite.

Ingredients

  • 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half the marinara sauce.
  3. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli, half of the remaining sauce, half the mozzarella, and a sprinkle of parmesan. Repeat the layers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • No need to boil the ravioli before baking.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.
  • Use plant-based meat for a vegetarian option.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
