Antipasto Platter

A colorful and inviting antipasto platter filled with savory cured meats, creamy cheeses, marinated vegetables, and fresh produce, perfect for sharing and effortless entertaining.

Ingredients

  • Cured meats, 200 g
  • Salami slices, 150 g
  • Semi hard cheese, 200 g
  • Fresh mozzarella balls, 150 g
  • Marinated mushrooms, 150 g
  • Mixed olives, 150 g
  • Roasted red and yellow peppers, 120 g
  • Cherry tomatoes, 200 g
  • Marinated artichoke hearts, 120 g
  • Pickled peppers, 80 g
  • Fresh parsley, small bunch

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large serving platter or board and place it on a flat surface.
  2. Drain excess liquid from marinated mushrooms, olives, artichokes, and peppers.
  3. Arrange small bowls on the platter for olives and mushrooms.
  4. Fan out cured meats and salami slices around the bowls.
  5. Place wedges of semi hard cheese and mozzarella balls evenly across the board.
  6. Add roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, and pickled peppers to fill gaps.
  7. Finish by scattering fresh parsley for color and freshness.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
